Using the gear

Does a car seat cover go under or over the harness?

Over. The cover sits on top of the buckled harness like a blanket with an elastic edge, which is the whole reason it exists: nothing thick ends up between the child and the straps. A winter coat under a harness is the thing to avoid, and a cover is what replaces it.

Will a cover fit my car seat?

The elastic edge stretches around the shell of a standard infant bucket seat, and the shapes vary less than the brand names suggest. Seats with an unusually deep or squared canopy are the ones worth measuring first.

Can I put the bags and covers in a washing machine?

Most of the fabric items go in cold on a gentle cycle and air dry. The specifics for each product sit on its own page, because a sherpa cover and a coated diaper bag do not want the same treatment.

Are the changing pads included with the diaper bags?

Yes, every bag ships with its matching pad. If a bag also includes a stroller strap or an insulated bottle sleeve, the product page lists it.

Paying and ordering

Which payment methods work?

Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus PayPal and Apple Pay.

Can I change an order after placing it?

Until it is packed, yes. Write to hello@jjcole.pages.dev straight away. Once the carrier has it, a return is the only route left.

Delivery and returns

How fast is shipping?

Standard takes 3 to 7 business days after the parcel leaves us, with quicker options at checkout. Costs are on the Shipping & Delivery page.

What if it does not work out?

Thirty days from delivery, unused and in the original packaging. The Returns & Exchanges page has the steps.
