Packing times, delivery windows and what each option costs.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day are picked the same afternoon. Everything else goes out within one to two business days. Weekends and public holidays do not count toward that window, so a Saturday order is packed on Monday.

Transit time starts the day the carrier scans the parcel, not the day you click buy.
All 50 states, plus PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses run on the standard service only and usually add three to five days. We do not ship outside the United States yet.
A tracking number lands in your inbox within 24 hours of the parcel leaving us. If the first scan has not appeared by the next morning, the carrier has the parcel but has not logged it yet. That is normal and it sorts itself out.
Nap mats and the larger travel bags ship in their own carton because they will not compress. Order one alongside a diaper bag and two parcels may arrive on different days, each with its own tracking number.
