Send anything back within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the packaging it arrived in. Baby gear gets bought ahead of a due date and plans change, so the clock runs from delivery rather than from the order.
Pacifiers, bottle nipples and anything else that goes in a baby's mouth cannot come back once the seal is broken. That is a hygiene rule, not a policy we enjoy. Unopened, they return like anything else.
Email hello@jjcole.pages.dev with your order number and which item is going back. You get a prepaid label the same working day, along with the address to send it to.
We check the parcel when it reaches us and the refund goes to the card or account you paid with. Allow 5 to 7 business days from the day it arrives.
Four Parker colorways and three car seat cover patterns means people change their minds after seeing the fabric in daylight. Tell us what you want instead and we set up the exchange, as long as it is in stock.
Photograph it and send that within 7 days of delivery. A zipper that will not close, a seam that opened, a strap clip that arrived cracked: we replace it or refund it, and it costs you nothing.
