Privacy Policy

Running a shop means handling some of your details. This page says which ones, what happens to them and how to make it stop.

What we collect

Two kinds. The first you type in yourself: name, email, delivery address, the contents of your order. The second arrives on its own while you browse, through cookies and analytics, and covers your browser, the pages you open and where you came from.

What it is used for

• Picking, charging and delivering your order.
• Answering your questions and fixing what went wrong.
• Seeing which pages work and which ones lose people.
• Sending news and offers, if you asked for them.

Who else sees it

Your details are not for sale and we do not trade them. They reach our payment processor and our carriers, because an order cannot be charged or delivered otherwise, and they reach the authorities where the law requires it. Nobody else.

What you can ask for

A copy of what we hold, a correction to anything wrong in it, or deletion. Email hello@jjcole.pages.dev and say which one.

Children

We sell gear for babies, but we sell it to adults. This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you think we have, tell us and it goes.

Keeping it safe

We apply sensible technical and organizational safeguards. We will not claim that makes anything invulnerable, because nothing sent across the internet is.
