No wrapping and no long strap to tie. The Agility goes on over your head like a shirt, and the stretch panel does the adjusting instead of a row of buckles. Three positions cover most of the first two years: sideways for a newborn, facing in from around two months, facing out from around five, when a baby wants to see where you are going. It carries from 8 to 35 pounds, and one size covers roughly women's 6 to 20 and men's XS to 2X.
