The Metra is the most equipped bag in the range. Insulated pockets on the sides hold a bottle at temperature for a while, a magnetic front flap hides a wallet organizer with card slots, and the interior is divided rather than one open cavity. It arrives with the stroller clips, a matching changing pad and a pacifier pod, which is three separate purchases avoided. Black stitch is the neutral of the pair: dark, with contrast stitching as the only detail.

Insulated bottle pockets

Two side pockets are lined to slow a bottle down from warm to cold. Not a cooler, but enough for the gap between leaving the house and a feed at the far end of a shopping trip.

Wallet under the front flap

The magnetic flap opens onto card slots and a cash pocket, which is a small thing until you are paying for parking with a baby on one arm. It also means a separate purse can stay at home.

What comes with it
